Partner Marketing Manager

Role Description
Hiya's global partner portfolio spans mobile network operators, OEMs, and referral partners. These partnerships put Hiya's technology into the hands of hundreds of millions of people, and as the portfolio grows, so does the need for marketing that supports them.
Hiya is expanding into new international markets with new operator relationships, new partner motions, building awareness from scratch. This role sits at the intersection of a mature portfolio that needs operational excellence and a global expansion that needs someone ready to build. You'll move fast, use AI to punch above your weight, and hold a high quality bar across everything that goes out the door with Hiya's name on it.
You'll own partner marketing execution:
- Launches, communications, enablement, co-marketing, and events.
- Partner closely with our Principal PMM, who owns the strategic narrative and positioning for the global partner ecosystem.
- Turn strategy into deliverables and programs that partners see and use.
The relationships you support generate the majority of Hiya's revenue. The materials you build are often the first thing a new partner sees. The work is visible, it matters, and you'll feel it.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, or a similar execution-heavy marketing role.
- Strong writer and creative storyteller.
- Organized and calm under pressure.
- Relationship builder.
- Curious and experimental with AI.
- Scrappy and resourceful.
- Telco or carrier ecosystem experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable representing Hiya at events and in partner-facing settings.
Requirements
- Own launch execution across the partner portfolio.
- Write and manage partner communications: press releases, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and joint announcements.
- Build and maintain partner-facing enablement: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, training content, and RFP marketing inputs.
- Coordinate co-marketing with operator and OEM marketing teams.
- Support international expansion by building localized materials and go-to-market motions for new markets.
- Bring creativity to how we tell partner launch stories.
- Keep the internal team informed and energized.
- Build repeatable playbooks.
- Work directly with Sales, BD, and Product on cross-functional partner motions.
