Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or geographic limitations.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits

Creekview Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
