Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored therapy plans for clients by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each session meets specific client needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support diverse treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
