Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care, actively participating in case consultations and treatment planning.

• Engage in continuous professional development by partaking in workshops and training sessions to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
