Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated and coordinated care for every client.

• Implement crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and establish safety plans for clients in need of immediate support.

• Hold engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes designed to foster community and support among clients.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
