Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions to clients aiming to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote overall well-being through effective coping mechanisms.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals. You will tailor mindfulness practices to align with these individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, encouraging self-reflection and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging online group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and building resilience among clients.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness principles into a holistic treatment plan for our clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment strategies while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Commit to regular personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your expertise in MBSR.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
