Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining connections with our outpatient office team. You will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments to meet patients' needs. Our remote setup allows you to deliver essential services while focusing on the therapeutic relationship and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to determine patients' trauma histories and identify suitable treatment methods.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, incorporating patient strengths and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, cope with emotions, and foster resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to create an integrated care model that supports comprehensive patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies while directing them to community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development activities focusing on trauma-informed care and therapeutic best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including those struggling with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patients often require sensitive and adaptive approaches to therapeutic interventions, and your experience will be crucial in building trust and facilitating their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• An understanding of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience practices tailored for varied client backgrounds.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, characterized by empathy, approachability, and professionalism.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications to facilitate documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
