This full-time position focuses on delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans that focus on early intervention and timely evaluations for each patient.
• Create a collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, engages colleagues across disciplines, and supports quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities in partnership with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with employers, referral sources, and healthcare payers through consistent communication and engagement.
• Utilize clinical systems effectively to ensure accurate documentation, optimal coding, charge capture, and adherence to all patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act along with relevant regulations to uphold the integrity of our practice.
• Drive patient experience and satisfaction metrics through effective communication and high-quality care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all protocols outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook, ensuring each visit aligns with best practices.
• Manage clinical outcomes and collaborate with staff therapists to address any outlier cases promptly.
• Optimize clinical workflows to enhance the patient referral process and scheduling efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Your approach will be tailored to each individual's situation, with a focus on empowering them through education and rehabilitation techniques that promote independence and functional mobility.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations critically and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, allowing you to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare documentation tools.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience managing diverse patient populations and addressing varied rehabilitation needs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy and staying updated on the latest industry developments.

Compensation and Benefits
