Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing all required documentation punctually and adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance.

• Collaborating effectively with other team members to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies, aligning with best practice methodologies.

• Serving as a liaison with local and state agencies, as well as community partners, to facilitate service delivery and enhance program outreach.

• Engaging in continuous personal and professional development by attending relevant training seminars, conferences, and statewide meetings.

• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Must have an independent LMHC license issued by the state board of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
