Home Health Registered Nurse - Skilled Care Location Florida Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and documentation skills, and be proficient in the use of medical equipment and devices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized home exercise programs. Administer medications and monitor patients for signs & symptoms of physical, sexual, or psychological abuse. Educate patients and their families on care plans and safety/injury prevention. Perform skilled nursing tasks, including but not limited to cardiac, ortho, neuro, and respiratory care. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with OASIS standards. Manage 6-8 home health visits per day, adhering to scheduling and documentation requirements. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of home health experience. OASIS training preferred. Valid Florida state license or compact license. BLS certification required. Must be COVID vaccinated or have an approved exemption.
