Key Responsibilities

As a physical therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Examining and evaluating patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific functional limitations.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and their families about the treatment process, and setting achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately, including evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
