Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health through interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include a wide range of individuals seeking assistance for various mental health issues, along with couples looking to enhance their relationships. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Valid licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy through the State Board.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in a clinical environment, ideally involving remote therapy delivery.

• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic methodologies and the application of frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents or couples dealing with significant relational issues, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support your transition into our organization.
