Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities during virtual sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to effectively address the individual goals of each client.

• Work together with clients to set and measure therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their progress.

• Diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, may be employed depending on the client’s preferences.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of robust therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and insight into clients’ experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in remote therapy practices, familiarity with telehealth platforms, or specific training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists joining our network. Additional benefits include:
