Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A).

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACT.

• Familiarity with pediatric mental health concerns and developmental considerations across the life span.

• Excellent communication abilities, demonstrated through both verbal and written interactions.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
