Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging therapy sessions for groups of young adults, creating a safe space for sharing experiences and learning collectively.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, assisting with personal exploration and development of coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients in developing individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address specific needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress through structured tools and feedback, ensuring they stay on track toward their goals.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to achieve the most favorable outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These individuals may face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their journeys towards recovery and empowerment, making a lasting difference in their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: You must hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition, you will benefit from:
