Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations, meticulously documenting case notes to inform therapeutic decisions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Assist in scoring, interpreting, and reporting results from psychometric assessments, providing critical insights to the treating therapists.

• Facilitate supervision sessions alongside the site supervisor, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices in clinical care.

• Engage actively in staff meetings and interdisciplinary discussions, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Virtual Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
