Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with clients who exhibit symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. The patient population served includes diverse racial and cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to accommodate various traditions and beliefs. Your ability to empathize and effectively communicate with individuals facing mental health challenges will be crucial to your success in this position.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and therapeutic modalities applicable to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
