Key Responsibilities\n

• Providing direct counseling services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions as needed.

• Conducting evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs and formulate suitable treatment plans.

• Documenting client progress and ensuring timely submission of reports to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Participating in case management discussions and team meetings, actively working alongside multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Providing on-call coverage during and after business hours as required, offering support to clients in crisis situations.

This role is centered around supporting a diverse client base dealing with complex psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, necessary for managing a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
