Work Environment

As part of our Rehabilitation Facility in Red Bank, you will work onsite in a fully equipped clinic dedicated to facilitating patient recovery and rehabilitation. Our facility is designed with patient comfort and safety in mind, offering modern therapy equipment and a collaborative atmosphere where multidisciplinary teams work together to support each patient's journey to recovery. The position involves a standard 40-hour workweek with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess and document patients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment options and self-management techniques.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and staff training.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
