Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for significant flexibility in managing your work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to create your schedule within our operating hours of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will utilize video conferencing tools to connect with clients, ensuring that therapy remains personal and effective despite the physical distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through secure video chats, focusing on mental health enhancement, stability, and personal growth.

• Facilitate open discussions allowing clients to explore their feelings and experiences, guiding them toward self-discovery and understanding.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their mental health goals and ensure they receive the necessary tools and support.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client needs, formulating treatment plans that employ solution-oriented methodologies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Regularly track client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to maximize effectiveness, employing evidence-based practices and leveraging your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adults managing a variety of mental health concerns in a stable environment. This includes conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to develop resilience, improve coping strategies, and ultimately enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent license in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , dependent on experience and hours worked. In addition, our benefits package includes a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
