Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support client progress.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' values, goals, and strengths.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to guide sessions.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and coordinate care for clients, fostering an integrated approach to mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring safety and immediate support for clients in distress.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n
