Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs using a variety of diagnostic tools and historical data to craft tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement effective therapy techniques for individual, group, and family sessions, deploying various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other suitable practices based on client needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers and other mental health professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing your skills to stabilize clients in acute distress and develop safety plans for ongoing support.

• Participate in outreach activities aimed at promoting mental health awareness within the community, focusing on reducing stigma and encouraging individuals to seek help.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
