Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, providing guidance and support promptly and effectively.

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment summaries, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and training, remaining up-to-date with the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
