Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments for a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues affecting individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a meticulous manner, adhering to both medical and legal standards for patient privacy and care.
\n
• Collaborate with medical staff and other specialists to coordinate holistic treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s needs.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage potential emergencies safely and effectively.

• Participate in case management activities, including referrals to additional services and follow-up communications with clients and their families.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be utilized to support a diverse client base ranging from children to adults, dealing with various mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals facing significant emotional challenges, couples navigating relational conflicts, and families seeking strategies for healthy communication. This position demands cultural competence and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An active, independent license in the state of Oregon or the state in which you reside as either LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n
• Strong ability to rapidly assess and diagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

\n
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.Working in a telehealth capacity is a plus.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, or others pertinent to your clinical focus.

• Experience with case management and familiarity with community resources for additional client support.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
