Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting while maintaining connections with a supportive outpatient office environment. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enabling a structured work-life balance. You will collaborate virtually with a dedicated group of professionals, ensuring you have the support needed to thrive in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive working relationships that promote client trust and engagement.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, plan upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize various digital platforms, such as RMS systems and Excel, to track client progress, manage documentation, and coordinate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will employ therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, supporting them through individual and family therapy sessions. Your role is crucial in assisting clients toward achieving their mental health goals and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Strong proficiency with computers and digital documentation systems, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, and therapeutic software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortitude Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide various benefits, including:
