As a fully remote role, you will manage your schedule while providing treatment from your designated workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee a tailored caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong, ethical relationships while upholding professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress assessments through scheduled meetings, evaluating clients’ readiness for discharge, stability, and overall well-being.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and detailed documentation for each session, including progress notes that reflect client advancements.

• Perform intake assessments when necessary to gather essential information about new clients.

• Facilitate a specified number of weekly individual therapy sessions, adjusting the approach based on each client's unique needs.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to support your ongoing professional development and clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, diagnostics, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is one year of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience in youth therapy, group therapy facilitation, and evidence-based practice methodologies will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
