Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of youth clients, establishing and maintaining ethical, positive relationships while upholding professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to track their progress, assess their stability, and prepare for upcoming appointments and discharge when applicable.

• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, emphasizing a full understanding of their unique challenges and needs.

• Maintain thorough and meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments that support ongoing evaluation.

• Perform intake assessments, gathering vital information to create tailored treatment strategies for clients entering care.

• Deliver a specified number of individual therapy sessions weekly and participate in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
