Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families to establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Complete necessary documentation, billing, and treatment plans within specified timelines, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.

• Develop crisis management and safety plans, alongside ongoing wellness and relapse prevention strategies, to support clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create and implement discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for clients upon completion of treatment.
\n
• Stay informed of current federal and state regulations as well as internal policies to ensure ethical and compliant practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and education to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to collaborate on client care approaches and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve ranges from children to adults dealing with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in the State of Oregon as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW), enabling independent practice.
