This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment utilizing telehealth technology. Practitioners will engage with clients through video sessions, enabling you to support a diverse range of clients from the comfort of your home. Our operational hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for a flexible schedule to accommodate both client needs and your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies that align with client goals, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring fidelity to methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that foster positive outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, following all legal and ethical standards to uphold practice integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about advancements in mental health research and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied client demographic, including children, adults, and families, who may be facing challenges related to mental health disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your expertise will be vital in providing them with support, guidance, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
