Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any necessary changes to their treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and consistently evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment for new clients.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring engagement and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is necessary for application.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is required.

• Proficient computer skills are essential, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is crucial.
