Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, including diagnosing psychological disorders and understanding their emotional well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness techniques in one-on-one, family, and group settings.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients who may be in acute distress or facing immediate mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address all aspects of a client's health.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on emerging trends in mental health care.

• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by relevant licensing authorities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds, cultures, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, holding qualifications of LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
