Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding mental health disorders and culturally responsive therapeutic methods.

• Experience with individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive approaches that address diverse needs.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, showing the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
