Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' needs, using validated tools and methods to inform your treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique situations, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is tailored to promote personal growth, resilience, and overall emotional well-being.

• Work with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and consistently evaluate progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring that all clients, regardless of their circumstances, have access to the mental health support they need.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
