Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive assessments to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions addressing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving client needs and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and treatment effectiveness, contributing to the quality improvement initiatives of our practice.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records and documentation consistent with best practices and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Stay current on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the mental health field to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adult clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.

• A thorough understanding of a range of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques relevant to outpatient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is three years, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or group therapy facilitation will be highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth practices and protocols is also advantageous, given the remote nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
