Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to define their rehabilitation needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific goals, using various therapeutic modalities like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring functionality and reducing pain, allowing patients to return to their daily activities and improve their quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring an adaptive approach that maximizes patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs to reinforce their therapy outside the clinical setting.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele predominately includes individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will engage with diverse patients ranging from athletes seeking to enhance their performance to older adults recovering from surgical interventions, requiring a tailored approach to accommodate various backgrounds and health concerns.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, with many candidates holding a Doctorate or Master's degree.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist is required, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, with a particular focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
