Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients individually using video chat to assess and improve their mental health status, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Foster open communication by encouraging clients to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, ultimately aiding them in developing self-insight and deeper understanding of their interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, aiding them in defining personal goals and navigating pathways to achieve them.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with pre-screened clients who are stable and present low acuity needs. This population allows you to utilize your skills in a therapeutic context aimed at preventive care and personal development, rather than crisis intervention, helping clients find balance and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold an independent license issued by the state board, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding to effectively connect with clients.

• Strong proficiency in digital tools and computer literacy, ensuring smooth operation within our therapist portal.
