The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify movement dysfunctions and disabilities.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient-specific goals and evaluate progress continuously.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to minimize pain and facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, consulting with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately, adhering to professional standards and regulatory guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Participate in community outreach and rehabilitation programs to promote wellness and preventive care.
• Attend regular staff meetings and pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
