Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and capabilities.

• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the rehabilitation process and provide guidance on suitable home exercise programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient demographic, including children recovering from injuries, adults dealing with chronic pain, and elderly patients rehabilitating post-surgery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State license in Physical Therapy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry.
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience
