Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your approach to each individual's circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring techniques are adapted to suit each client's unique situation.

• Provide essential education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better support their evolving needs.

• Maintain strict compliance with legal and ethical standards by documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and confidentially.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, many of whom are struggling with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
