Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective intervention and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and referrals to external providers as needed for additional support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical practices and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Community of Hope Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, you will have access to unlimited client referrals and flexible scheduling. Our organization values your time, offering comprehensive support with billing and administrative tasks. A sign-on bonus may also be included, contingent upon your start date.
