Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at fostering patient well-being, including:

Your primary focus will be on patients overcoming trauma, which requires a nuanced understanding of trauma-related disorders, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Many of your patients will present with complex histories and varying needs, necessitating personalized, compassionate care that empowers them to reclaim their lives. Your role is pivotal in creating a supportive space where patients feel safe to explore their emotions and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• Minimum of three years of experience working with trauma patients, demonstrating proficiency in trauma-informed care.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with a willingness to learn additional software tools such as Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
