Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Welkins Mind Healthcare, you will be responsible for: \n \n Conducting thorough assessments and treatment planning tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring their unique circumstances are considered. \n Creating and consulting on pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and pharmaceutical treatments as needed. \n Completing required documentation and reports promptly in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring meticulous record-keeping that supports client care. \n Implementing evidence-based screening methodologies as recommended by the clinical team to improve treatment outcomes. \n Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop positive behavior support strategies, enhancing the efficacy of interventions. \n Actively engaging in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain organizational compliance and quality of care. \n Serving as a liaison with relevant service systems, community resources, and governmental entities, facilitating access to comprehensive support for clients. \n Maintaining open lines of communication with clients and agencies to achieve contract compliance and improve community health outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with emotional disruptions, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries.
