Senior Business Development Manager – Freight ForwardingNew Jersey | Hybrid$120,000 base salary + uncapped commissionAn established international logistics provider is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to grow its U.S. customer portfolio across global freight forwarding, customs brokerage, compliance and domestic transportation.The RoleIdentify and secure new business opportunities throughout the U.S.Develop relationships with senior supply chain decision-makers.Create tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements.Manage pricing negotiations and commercial proposals.Coordinate with internal teams to support new account implementation.RequirementsSales experience within freight forwarding or logistics.Proven success winning international freight customers.Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight and customs services.Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.Established industry relationships would be advantageous.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.BenefitsUncapped commission structureMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionCar allowance or mileage reimbursementPaid vacation, sick leave and company holidaysLife and disability insuranceLaptop and mobile phoneWR Logistics are a leading recruitment partner for the logistics and supply chain industry, recruiting across the UK, Europe, and the USA for permanent opportunities.WR Logistics is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
