Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and maintain crisis alerts to coordinate effectively with county crisis services, ensuring timely responses for participants in distress.

• Oversee and document transitions from hospital or inpatient services to community programs, working closely with medical staff for seamless discharge processes.

• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques and provide milieu support as the Clinician of the Day, ensuring a safe environment for all individuals.
\n
• Perform thorough risk assessments and develop personalized safety plans, documenting them meticulously to support clients' well-being.
\n
• Ensure that documentation of service interactions is completed the same day, particularly for clients at heightened risk of crisis situations.
\n
• File critical incident reports within 24 hours when necessary, maintaining accountability and transparency in client care.
\n
• Serve as an on-call support during after-hours to provide essential care coordination.
\n
• Engage proactively with participants to develop strategies that mitigate the need for crisis intervention.

• Contribute to additional tasks as directed to enhance the efficacy of our counseling services.

Qualifications\n
