Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, personal history, and treatment goals, ensuring that each interaction is rooted in empathy and understanding.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and narrative therapy techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to support progress and change.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements, upholding the integrity of our practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical skills.
• Establish and nurture a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, creating a foundation for productive and transformative therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
