Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential duties directly tied to the mental health needs of your clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups.

• Triage patients according to evaluated needs and collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans during team meetings.

• Documenting assessments, treatments, and client interactions thoroughly and ethically as per departmental standards.

• Providing tailored therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals.

• Managing case consultations and collaborating with external healthcare and community professionals to enhance care quality.

• Ensuring timely completion of all documentation to support both compliance and client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
