Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver an array of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and education on managing specific mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care and support for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, supporting patients during critical mental health emergencies with empathy and expertise.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and case consultations to remain abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization, contributing insights that enhance patient outcomes and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians serve a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults struggling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients.

• Proficient in EHR systems, with a comfort for using technology to support therapeutic practices and documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
