Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout therapy sessions.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address ongoing mental health needs, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning.

• Create personalized treatment plans centered around the individual needs of each client, implementing interventions that are measurable and effective.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
