Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, incorporating their medical history, physical assessments, and individual goal-setting to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously in accordance with regulatory requirements, from initial evaluations to treatment logs and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
