Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate individual patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide valuable guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that support continuous progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor patient development and make necessary modifications to ensure effective rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Engagement in continuing education or obtaining additional certifications is encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
